Botswana, September 2013 - Senyati Safari CampThis is our favourite campsite in the Kasane area, we've stayed here many times and, as usual, were made welcome by the owner, Louw. He's created a waterhole with fresh water, pumped daily, which is loved by the many elephants that visit daily, and there's a great deck from which to view the waterhole. It's not unusual to see 100 elephants in a day! Over the years the waterhole has increased in size as the elephants churn up the edges. During this stay at Senyati we saw lots of other animals visiting the waterhole. |

A few more elephants photos...... A new underground bunker has been built by a photographic safari group. It gave us the opportunity to view animals at the waterhole from a completely different angle. |
